Personal development at Lavington is at the centre of all we do. It goes beyond our academic curriculum and is seen throughout our PSHRE and RE programmes as well as being at the core of our Careers guidance programme, assemblies and out tutor programme - 'The Lavington Way'

Through this we are preparing our students to be healthy, respectful and responsible adults.
