Absence Reporting

Our preferred method to report your child absent is by using our free School App.

This can be downloaded from the Apple or Play store by searching Greenhouse Schools.

You will need to enter a one-time only code on your first use to link you to Lavington School.

The code is 2352.

You then select Report an absence from the drop down menu and enter the details in the required fields, be sure to scroll sown and press submit and this will come directly through to reception.

You will receive a receipt and you also have the ability to upload an image such as a medical note or supporting information.

If you are unable to access the app you are still welcome to telephone the school, however most parents find reporting absence via the app is the easiest and most convenient way for them to notify us.
