Friday 15 September was a huge success
Lavington School welcomed parents and prospective students to visit our school, parents had the opportunity to see learning in action and have a tour with student guides.
We have been overwhelmed with the positive feedback that we received from prospective parents:
"Thanks to the staff and pupils at your school for making us feel so welcome earlier today"
"We all felt that your school is ideal for Oscar and we will placing your school at the top of the list for next year’s intake."
"Would you please pass on our thanks to all your staff and students particularly Ms Emma Asfaw; and accept my personnel thanks for your help in providing us with the information necessary to make the decision on Oscar's future."
"My son and I attended your open morning today. I just wanted to let you know that the students who showed us around are an absolute credit to your school. They were attentive, informative and friendly. They made sure at all times that we hadn't got lost among the other visiting parties but never hurried us. We had a great morning - thank you."
"Please could you pass on my thanks to the 2 pupils who gave us a tour of the school during our visit. They gave us a very thorough tour, which was both informative and interesting, they answered all our questions eloquently and are an absolute credit to the school. I would also like to thank the teachers who allowed us access to the classrooms and also, when free, stopped to talk to us, we left feeling that if Clara is lucky enough to get a place with you that she would be part of a lovely community and not just a school."
