On Saturday 7 December, Lavington School Council have chosen to support the vital Devizes Homeless charity ‘Open Doors’

at the Wadworth Christmas market.  The students will run a stall, taking in donations from the public, these items will then be wrapped to become Christmas presents for the homeless.

The items needed are: warm hats, scarves, gloves, sweaters, socks, shoes, sleeping bags and basic toiletries. If anybody is able to donate any of these items they would be so gratefully received, they could either be bought into school in advance (to the Drama office) or come along and donate on the day.

We would also really appreciate donations of wrapping paper and tape for the gift wrapping of the presents (again to the Drama Office).

You could really help to make a difference to someone’s Christmas.

Many thanks in advance for your support always.
