The tables have quite literally turned in the Hamblin household…..

converted over Easter into a production hub for COVID-19 visors to meet orders placed by local groups, such as GP surgeries, hospitals, care homes, dentists and sadly, funeral parlours, all of whom are in desperate need of PPE.

Nathan Hamblin and the DT team are manufacturing and assembling up to 500 face masks a day using the laser cutter in school,  we have very kindly been donated a huge roll of PET from Leeways Packaging Services in Gloucester and we have used old folders from school which have been striped and cleaned.

Thank you to all the DT staff who have been in helping.

We are so proud of the team, and grateful to Nathan Hamblin for taking the initiative to set up the manufacturing and distribution of the masks. A fantastic response to support our local community.
