Vacancy to join the team of Pastoral Support Managers and Pastoral Leaders (teaching staff) who work together to support students, especially the most vulnerable, to engage effectively in their learning. The successful applicant will have experience of working with young people, have excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help students. The post will involve dealing with emotional and behavioural issues, and there is a high level of contact with parents and external agencies.

Minimum actual starting salary £17427 for 37 hours per week, term time only
